• If there are missing or unsatisfactory items, please contact us within 12 hours from the date of items delivered with a photo of the product delivered, and we will arrange something for you. However, please note that refunds are done at the discretion of the bakehouse – “Quiche & Kiss”

• Products from “Quiche & Kiss” cannot be returned once delivered/collected. However, we will issue a refund or redeliver a new set of the same item if it is completely damaged or spoiled with a photo provided.

• Please note that we do not refund or issue credit notes for products/items that were delivered in good condition but are not to your taste and/or past the recommended storage duration.

• Customers are advised to examine all products at point of delivery/collection. Any damages, spoilage or discrepancies should be highlighted immediately to the delivery/service personnel.

• Please select your delivery date on the calendar provided upon checkout

• Delivery takes place every Tuesday to Saturday - 1pm to 6pm and Sunday 9am to 12pm.

• If you have a specific date and time for delivery which is out of our stipulated schedule, please contact us in advance before placing your orders.

• Free island wide delivery in Singapore for orders above SGD150.

• Orders less than SGD150, a SGD15 delivery fee applies.
